Wendy was awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I first time home buying experience was as stress free for us as possible! She made sure everything that needed to get done got done. Working with a for sale by owner was a first for all of us and she made it work! She even noticed something major and could be dangerous with radon in the basement and got it fixed so it doesn’t affect the family!
