This is 3000 square feet of house located on the northern side of D11 with easy access to Austin Bluffs Parkway, Powers Boulevard, and more. It has five bedrooms, four baths, a two-car garage, and a finished walkout basement. Additionally, it has a roof and a large deck off the back. And windows. This basic description of the home doesn't truly do it justice though, does it? Is it still describing the Physical Attributes of the Property to say it's just gigantic inside? Some 3000 square foot homes don't feel like it. Maybe they're laid out funny or don't use their space efficiently, but they just feel kind of small. That can't be said for this property - it feels even bigger than it is. And if the spacious interior with updated finishes isn't enough, there's a great deck out back with its own gas line ready for whatever appliances an owner might want to connect to it. At the risk of stretching the rules and not clinically describing Physical Attributes only, it's not hard to say that whoever ends up purchasing this property will be grateful for having had the opportunity to do so. There aren't a lot of places in town from which a person could walk to their neighborhood pool and parks while still being close enough to the major roads to get around with ease, but this is one. Someone in the market for a home would be doing themselves a massive disservice by not setting a showing and checking this one out while they can.
